PremiumCare Warranty Package

Terms & Conditions 

This is NOT an insurance product and is an optional extended warranty plan only. All options listed above apply to a device purchased exclusively from the iOM Tech Hub Ltd. Not transferrable. IMEI number to be confirmed and shared with approved repairer. 

Package applies to purchased device for 12 months from purchase date. 

If purchased, the benefits are in addition to the standard 90 day warranty provided with the device purchased from us. The maximum warranty term we provide for a device is 12 months. 

Discounts on accidental repairs are at the discretion of our approved repairers. Up to 15% in total may be offered and are only available once a referral is made by us. There is no obligation to use one of our approved repairers following accidental damage to a device.

The iOM Tech Hub Ltd. cannot be held responsible for, or guarantee any work or repairs carried out to a device by our approved repairers. Discount off two accidental damage repairs only within 12 month period.

Duration:

The purchase of an extended warranty and benefits offered will begin from the date you purchase your device and expires 12 months later.

The iOM Tech Hub Ltd. will not be responsible for any failure to carry out our obligations under the PremiumCare warranty package we offer, if it is caused by any circumstances outside our reasonable control. This includes, but is not exclusive to, damage that is accidental or intentionally induced.
